ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (The T&D) - One person died in a single-vehicle collision on Sunday morning outside of Neeses, according to Lance Cpl. Tyler Tidwell of the S.C. Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred at 9:39 a.m. on Ninety Six Road near Hebron Road, about two-and-half miles east of Neeses.
A vehicle was traveling east on Ninety Six Road when it ran off the road, struck an embankment, overturned, and caught fire. The vehicle is believed to be a Chevrolet sedan.

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– According to the York County Sheriff’s Office, 10 suspected child predators have been arrested as a result of the multi-day “Operation Home Alone” investigation. The York County Sheriff’s Office says they conducted the operation with the assistance of 13 other law enforcement agencies including the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, South Carolina Attorney Generals’ Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Homeland Security Investigations, US Secret Service, York Police Department, Rock Hill Police Department, Fort Mill Police Department, Mount Pleasant Police Department, Charleston Police Department, Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office, Marion County Sheriff’s Office and Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office.

ST. GEORGE, S.C. (WCSC) - The Dorchester County Coronerâs Office has released the identity of the 43-year-old man whose body was found in a field in September.
Erick Flores, of Alexandria, Virginia, was found near St. George on Sept. 13 by people entering the property, according to Coroner Paul Brouthers.
Floresâ remains were taken for an anthropological autopsy on Sept. 16.
Brouthers said the cause and manner of death remain undetermined.
