The warning by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) follows a recently concluded prosecution at Warwick Crown Court. Deana Simpson was electrocuted in 2017 while using a cooker which was poorly insulated and connected at a caravan in Willoughbv Farm, near Rugby in Warwickshire. The workplace regulator has now highlighted the risks arising from using poorly maintained equipment on farms.
