KALYAN: A policeman suffered injuries after a shopkeeper in Dombivli town in Thane district unleashed his two pet dogs on a police team which visited his shop for flouting Covid-19 norms.
The police team along with the staff of Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation had visited the shop of the accused to take action against him and two others for not wearing masks.
Following the incident, the local police booked the trio identified as Satyanarayan Gupta (43), Anand Gupta (27) and Aditya Gupta (25) under the different sections of the Indian Penal code.

Yesterday the production was 84 mmscmd, he said at the Upstream Ahead conference. By end of the month, production is expected to reach 85 mmscmd, he said. The rise in output, he said, was a result of Reliance Industries and its partner BP Plc of UK starting production from a field in their KG-D6 block.
