Two TSR battalions comprising around 2,000 TSR personnel have been posted in the national capital under the Delhi police authority since 2019 and in Southeastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) in Chhattisgarh since 2022.
Same-day settlement will be in addition to the existing T+1 settlement cycle and will be a precursor to instant settlement that may be rolled out on an optional basis at a later date.
In the T+0 settlement system trades in shares are settled on the same day. This means shares will quickly transferred to the buyer's account while funds are swiftly deposited in the seller's account.
