A Coeymans man is facing felony charges following a lengthy rape investigation.
The Albany County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Gary Brundige is accused of forcibly raping his ex-girlfriend.
When deputies responded Saturday morning, Brundige had already taken off, but he later returned and was arrested.
Brundige, who is currently a sex offender, was taken to the Albany County Jail without bail.
