A Coeymans man is being held in the Albany County Jail without bail after being arrested on rape and other charges.
Sheriff Craig Apple says 38-year-old Gary Brundige sexually assaulted his ex-girlfriend early Saturday morning and was taken into custody a short time later. Brundige is also currently registered as a sex offender. An order of protection has been issued for the victim.
