Cold Spring Brewery, part of the historic Cold Spring Village of 27 shops, craft demonstrations and Colonial America programs has generated enough income from beer sales to keep its nonprofit village afloat since both reopened last summer after a state-mandated, coronavirus-related spring closure of nonessential businesses.
