These kinds of outdoor features don t come cheap though the mansion at 123 Kenollie Avenue, in Mississauga s Mineola West neighbourhood, is listed at $8,988,850.
The water features start at the entrance of this home.
The five-bedroom home (one bedroom s in the basement) is nearly 10,000 square feet, according to the listing from broker Shaham Ahmad at Re/Max Realty Enterprises.

Last week, Hannah Hunt of Allen Tate Real Estate listed a home for $185,000 early in the morning. Before her coffee had a chance to cool, the house was sold. Hannah recalls that when she got out of her first meeting of the day, she already saw an offer in her inbox for well over the listing price and quickly contacted the owners, who sold it for $191,000.
Here s the crazy part: the buyers had never even toured the house. They put up an offer almost instantaneously. That s just one of the many startling side effects of the COVID-19 virus: a market of buyers hungry for new homes.

Jim Purell and his son, Adam Purcell, took ownership of four Re/Max Realty 100 offices in Southeastern Wisconsin in Greenfield, Brookfield, Hales Corners and Menomonee Falls.
Re/Max Realty 100 has been around for more than 40 years in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. It s an institution in the area for real estate, Adam Purcell said.

Adam Purcell joined the company after his father recruited him. Before becoming an agent, he worked as a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual. It is a similar business model to being a realtor, he told Patch. You are working with clients with financial service products versus homes and investment properties.
