Twitter makes Spaces available to the public

Twitter has rolled out Spaces to more accounts, with Twitter accounts over 600 followers now able to host the live audio conversations.
Other notable live audio social media platform Clubhouse was founded last year. However, unlike Twitter, at present to join Clubhouse members need to be invited by other members to join the platform.
Previous to this announcement, Spaces was available to a small group of users to learn and gather feedback.
To join a Space, a Twitter user will see a purple bubble at the top of their timeline while it’s live. Listeners can react with emojis and can request to speak, but cannot speak unless the host gives them permission.
Kojo introduces new creative leadership role, appoints from within

Jess Hill has been promoted to the position of head of Kojo Creative at production company Kojo.
The appointment is a newly created role that aims to bring together three different service areas to create a more holistic creative agency offering.

Hill joined Kojo in 2015 as a producer before being promoted to executive producer. Previous to joining Kojo, Hill worked at George P Johnson as an associate producer.

Ooh Media has appointed Dani O’Meara as NSW sales director – independent agencies, effective immediately.
The newly created role is a promotion for O’Meara, whose previous title at Ooh Media was group sales leader.
