He smashed his initial target of £200 after just five days, and is now just focussed on using the remainder of his challenge to raise as much money as possible for a worthy cause.
Accompanied by his mum, the seven-year-old has been dressing up to walk through the town in the middle of the day.
The timings have changed as Lucas, like all other school-age children, is no longer learning from home, but he has still been able to continue his challenge by walking after school instead.

An amazing four-year-old has completed her 28-day walking challenge which saw her brighten up the streets of Hethersett and raise more than £1,000 for a good cause.
Eva Harrison exceeded her 28 miles in 28 days target, walking a total of 34 miles while not taking a single day off after beginning on Monday, January 11.

It s not often you see a princess walking around Hethersett – but if you re lucky you might just spot one from next week.
Eight months later, she is hoping to raise another four-figure sum for the organisation by completing a series of walks with her four-year-old daughter Eva – who will be dressed as a mixture of her favourite princesses.
