(BEDFORD) – The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at 1402 H Street in the City Concourse building.
A public hearing will be held for Barry Rowland for a variance at 1115 James Avenue. The property is zoned B-3 Planned Business District and the minimum set back is 25 feet. Rowland is asking for a five-foot set back of the property to separate the car wash from the Quick Lube.
A public hearing is also scheduled for Daniel Stivers who is requesting a variance for lesser than required setbacks on his property located at 205 Eastlake Drive. The property is currently zoned R-3 Medium Density Residential District and the minimum setback for his property is 26 feet. Stivers is building a garage and is requesting an 11 foot variance.
