On the 12-ounce can, below the hand-drawn letters of “Dankful,” a wavy ribbon declares “Generously Hoppy.”
That was always their plan: brew a West Coast-style IPA packed with seven different kinds of hops for notes of pine and tropical fruit. When Jeff Wilke, the former CEO of Amazon Consumer Worldwide, made the surprise announcement in August that he was leaving, he said he felt it was time to do something else.
“Time for me to take time to explore personal interests that have taken a back seat for over two decades,” Wilke wrote in a heartfelt letter to Amazon’s employees.

“This will be the nature of the business going forward for at least a couple of quarters – different states will have different restrictions. In the short term, you would see business disruption. We believe that we have already gone through a strict lockdown in the past, and survived it and that will help us sail through this,” he said.
