New Delhi [India], August 13 (ANI): A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been moved in Delhi High Court seeking direction to the concerned departments of Centre and Delhi Government to properly observe and take requisite steps to eradicate child begging and related problems in and around Delhi.
The Delhi High Court Friday sought response from the AAP government and the Centre on a public interest litigation seeking eradication of begging by children here. A bench of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice Amit Bansal issued notice on a PIL by Ajay Gautam and also sought responses from Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights and Delhi Police.
