CASTLE ROCK, Colo. Joseph A. Ziemianski, 88, was called from this earth Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021.
Joe was a loving husband to wife Margaret, nee Kling, for 62 years; a father to Kathleen, Martin and Suzanne; and a doting grandfather / great-grandfather of 13.
Born to John and Helen in Youngstown, Joe had two brothers: twin, Jack and younger brother, Tom.
He graduated from Ursuline High School and Youngstown (State) University. Joe began his engineering career with Goodyear Aerospace. In 1963, Joe was recruited by the NASA space program, where he worked until retiring in 1995. His notable achievements included working as a project engineer on the Viking mission to Mars (1975), earning an MBA (1984), winning the prestigious Collier Trophy (1987), and receiving the rank of Meritorious Executive from President Reagan (1988).

Mass of Christian burial for Agustina Bonilla, 59, a resident of Pittsburg, will be Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church of Gilmer with Padre Cesar Bentancourt, officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Pittsburg under the direction of Tumey Mortuary, Mt. Pleasant. She was born May 28, 1959, in Morazán, El Salvador and died February 11, 2021.
There will be no public viewing at the funeral home on Friday. The family will receive friends and family at the family home in Pittsburg from 11:00 am on Friday, February 12, 2021 and until 12 noon on Saturday, February 13, 2021. James P. Toner
James P. Toner Sr. (Jim), 80, of Dumfries, VA went home to his Lord after a valiant battle with ALS on January 30, 2021.
Jim was born in the Bronx, NY on May 24, 1940 to Anne (Stecko) and James Ignatius Toner. He attended Fordham Prep and St. John’s University where he met his best friend, soulmate, and loving wife of 56 years Mary Pat (Trocchia) Toner. Jim was an Air Force veteran and was stationed in Valdosta, GA where their oldest son was born. The family then returned to the Bronx where they welcomed two additional sons.
Jim and Mary Pat moved to New Fairfield, CT in 1972 where, for the next 35 years, they were active parishioners at St. Edward the Confessor Parish and in the community at large. Their deep love for one another and for their faith found them spearheading the Connecticut chapter of Marriage Encounter and their many ministries at St. Ed’s included choir, youth group, and marriage prep, to name a few.
