Columnist Richelle Rada is a registered nutritionist and licensed dietitian who has spent most of her career working in hospital settings, including Guam Regional Medical City and Guam Memorial Hospital.
“When I would go to patient rooms, they were too sick or didn’t have much energy to talk. I couldn’t follow up with them,” Rada said. “That’s been the piece I’ve been wanting to learn more about in my career being able to help people along the way.”
Rada is contributing monthly nutrition columns that focus on nutritious habits that last. She advocates that each person follow their own path while realizing that building good habits takes time.
