Premier Oscar Mabuyane will have to decide whether to set up a commission of inquiry into taxi killings after the resurgence of violence in the industry. This is according to Bishop Ziphozihle Siwa, the chair of a task team which was appointed by Mabuyane last year to mediate in the taxi industry violence.
