While most people cannot prepare for how they would respond if a disaster were to strike, the latest campaign from NRMA Insurance and The Monkeys, part of Accenture Interactive, shows Australians that help is there when they need it.
‘Help Like No One Else’ showcases the depth of experience NRMA Insurance assessors have when they help a customer during a claim.
Directed by Daniel Kaufman, the campaign film follows Judi, who has been an NRMA assessor for 32 years, as she journeys to an insurance claim while recalling her experiences on the job.
The integrated campaign extends through broadcast, cinema, OOH, press and radio, telling the stories of other dedicated NRMA Insurance employees who help its customers each day.

NRMA Insurance has launched “Climate Warriors”, a groundbreaking new Minecraft world, designed to help educate and engage the next generation of young Australians in understanding the importance of preparedness against the increasing risk of natural disasters, in a new initiative developed by Thinkerbell.
Set in a custom-built landscape inspired by Australian coastal towns, “Climate Warriors” is a free interactive game available on Minecraft Education Edition and Minecraft Marketplace that aims to educate children, aged between seven and 12, on how being prepared can further protect wildlife, homes and livelihoods against natural disasters such as bushfires.

NRMA Insurance has partnered with Australian music icon Julia Stone and Lifeline Australia, in a new initiative by Thinkerbell, to highlight the continued need for mental health support for people affected by the Black Summer bushfires.
As part of the idea, Stone has created a moving bush poem, “Next To Me”. The poem sheds light on the ongoing mental health trauma experienced by people impacted by bushfires and aims to reassure those who are struggling a year on, that help is still available. The poem is in response to Lifeline Australia continuing to receive more than 400 calls a day to its dedicated Bushfire Recovery Helpline.
