Reporter its the worst flooding this region has ever seen. This aerial video shows the remains of a bridge come completely washed away by catastrophic flooding from a raging blanco river. The river rose 26 feet in just an hour, uprooting home, snapping trees washing away cars and creating massive piles of debris up to 20 feet high along an 87mile stretch.
