A horrifying scene this morning. Anchor this is the worst i have ever seen. When we went down to the road and saw that cement truck on its side, i said oh, boy. Something is bad. Reporter neighbors say it was look a war zone with victim trapped and debris littered across route 20 in oxford im fully loaded cement truck on its. Anchor i came running out and i seen the truck lying down. I seen the truck driver sitting on the back of a pickup truck crying saying i killed somebody. Anchor state police say the 31yearold female driver of a chevy cavalier crossed the center line and struck a fully loaded cement truck. That woman was pronounced dead at the scene. An 8monthold boy in her car suffered lifethreatening injuries and is on life support. A twoyearold boy in the car was hospitalized.
