Reporter neighbors say it was look a war zone with victim trapped and debris littered across route 20 in oxford im fully loaded cement truck on its. Anchor i came running out and i seen the truck lying down. I seen the truck driver sitting on the back of a pickup truck crying saying i killed somebody. Anchor state police say the 31yearold female driver of a chevy cavalier crossed the center line and struck a fully loaded cement truck. That woman was pronounced dead at the scene. An 8monthold boy in her car suffered lifethreatening injuries and is on life support. A twoyearold boy in the car was hospitalized.
