New Delhi, January 31 (IANS): The Budget session of Parliament started with the maiden address of President Droupadi Murmu to a joint sitting of both Houses on Tuesday.
The scheme was however launched for the first time in November 2021, as per the gazette notification by MSME department but was never implemented, as per officials.
