My husband actually went to the church to render aid and hes a strong man, but he turned around and came back. He just he he said, i cant do it. Reporter Law Enforcement tells us that devin kelley wearing black and Tactical Gear opened fire outside the church before continuing inside, shooting at parishioners. He exited the church, a local resident, grabbed his rifle and engaged that suspect. Reporter kelley ran and was later found dead inside his car, although its not clear yet
