Drink in the spirit of the season with new holiday-themed cocktails at The Dorsey at The Venetian and Electra Cocktail Club at The Palazzo. All four signature cocktails will be available at both lounges through Dec. 31.
Start with the Roman Holiday, mixed with Michter’s Straight Rye whiskey, Zirbenz Stone Pine liqueur, Petite Canne sugar cane syrup, Angostura bitters and a garnish of lemon twist and rosemary sprig. For gin and negroni lovers, try this twist on the classic, the Alpine Negroni. This bold-yet-smooth-tasting cocktail is a mix of Fords gin, Suze aperitif, Saler’s aperitif, Cocchi Americano aperitif, Génépy liqueur, crème de menthe and a pinch of salt. And for a hint of the familiar Old-Fashioned cocktail, try the Lion’s Tale Fix, a blend of Woodford Reserve bourbon whiskey, fresh lime, simple syrup, allspice dram and Angostura bitters that’s then poured over a heaping mound of crushed ice and garnishe
