Health director doctor grant colfax says that San Francisco will run out of icu beds in the coming weeks. Right now icu bed capacity here in the bay area is around 24 . A number of Health Leaders across the bay area say they dont want to take any chances. So stay at home orders will also go into effect tonight for people who live in the San Joaquin Valley and Southern California because those regions have already fallen below the 15 icu bed capacity in less than an hour the stay at home order will go into effect for 3 bay area counties.
