“去年疫情‘封城’期间，店里没什么生意。有一天，我忽然想起小时候妈妈包的肉粽，”祖籍福建晋江的店主李天荣说，“我花了几个月时间，一点点尝试还原妈妈当年的配方和味道，没想到做出来的肉粽受到本地人欢迎，成为店里的网红新品。”
李天荣经营的这家已有82年历史的老店在2018年年底一场大火中严重受损，如今整个店面在一个大帐篷下顽强生存。走进店里，菲律宾特色面包和蛋糕琳琅满目，各种口味的粽子就摆放在一进门最显眼的冷藏柜里。
取两片粽叶，放入经多道工序提前备好的糯米、五花肉、咸蛋黄和干虾仁，包紧后用细绳一捆，个大料足的肉粽就呈现在店员加古松的手里。除了咸蛋黄五花肉粽外，李天荣店里还有咸蛋黄鸡肉粽、奶酪蘑菇粽等口味，每个售价为140比索（约合人民币18.7元）。
