Good morning everybody. It is 6 01 on sunday october 2. We are glad you are joining us today. Im Kerri Connelly along with dave epstein. Another rainy one but its warmer out. It is warmer not really raining. No . No. There are no windows in here. A little drizzly. You ago. Its been a while. Weve got to get windows in here. It does take a while. You understand. I do. Its a better day. Okay good. Its not a beautiful day. We are not going to see any sunshine but its not like yesterday where we had all of the wind and the cold weather and temperatures mostly in the 50s. So today we get into the 60 degree range. Well get right about there. So im going to call it many clouds with just little bits of morning. Mostly its a dry day and you can do whatever you were going to do outside. Still damp tomorrow with a mid day shower. A similar kind of day. Maybe one of those spot showers popping up middle of the afternoon until later in the afternoon and watching matthew for next weekend still unsure
And any one town or city will end up dry, we do need to be ready for a couple widely scattered showers, it will be humid and also going to be gusty, highs 76 to 82 degrees and stick around in less than 10 minute as look at how the showers could impact the pats game. Fox 25s Stephanie Coueignoux is going through all the latest reports. Stephanie, this is devastating. We know a week ago we were talking about the 15th anniversary of the september 11th attack. Yes, and as everyone is on heightened alert this morning but still a lot unclear. So far, nobody claimed responsibility for
Kevin lemanowicz who has been very busy in the stormtracker weather center. Yeah, with everything happening out, there the rain, snow, and freezing rain, the freezing rain worst of all. Were seeing that move right here through connecticut and northward. That band is going to lift right through the area. The problem for that is, especially for you out in Worcester County, the temperatures are cold enough that youll have that ice on top of whatever snow you have so far. Athol, seeing some snow in ashster ham, to the south of there, blackstone in southern and Worcester County. It stretches from brockton to West Bridgewater to rain southward to taunton and snow to the rest of that line. Rain to the east of it. Thats our area of most concern where that changeover is happening, the slipperriest part of the storm. But the temperature will go up from here. Not expecting a lot of snow from this but the other band thats coming north will produce some snow across there. Generally a coating to 2in
