i wonder what you think of his point when he said if there is indeed an ongoing investigation, then doesn t that mean this document should not be more widely dispersed? so two points on that, dana. first of all, jamie raskin was refuted by director wray himself. so in the meeting that he had with both of them he didn t lead with look, this is a form that came from a highly credible source but in this case there is no merit to it. he didn t say that. in fact, he intimated it was part of some ongoing investigation that was already taking or continuing to take place. the further problem that director wray has on that point about sources and methods is the f.b.i. has been caught using that as both a sword and shield. so director wray with regard to the issue of fisa abuses said
