The president of the world bank talking about health care and the quality of opportunity and he spoke at the milken health summit. Okay. I think all of you know dr. Kim who has changed the world in so many ways. But lets just take a look. A physician, an anthropologist, president of the world bank since 2012, president of the dartmouth college, World Health Organization head for hiv and aids efforts, cofounder of partners in health, 1987. One, it is an hobbor to have you with us tonight. Thank you so much for having me. So i ran by the way, the wyoming answer i think part of it is the absence ofter sherrary health care centers. We started out the year feeling very pessimistic about the prospect, but that is changing now. For this year, the expected rate of growth is 4. 4 . Whats happened is the impact of low oil prices, at one point, we thought it would spur growth but still we see it as a drag on the economy. Al
