We have a quorum. Thank you. Can we have a motion to excuse for the durcration of this meeting commissioner marr requested an excused absence and commissioner safai ewill join us list. We will take that without objection and go to the chairs report. This month i was gratified to learn from our staff and this was actually in the press that the California Public utilitiesy commissioner has ruled to reverse the policy on the confidentiality of uber annalist data. As we know they are regulated by the state p. U. C. Aprequired to submit annual reports to that agency. Despite our advocacy and the City Attorneys Office calling for it as well as the airport this has not been made available to the public or to cities and counties such as ourself. Commissioners proposed decision on data confidentiality seeks to treat these as public by default as well they should be. This decision validates our views why the Public Record act mandates disclosure and cautions companies against making over broad c
So today we have a different situation. We have a situation where the landlord and tenants are not the same people or even the same company. So we face the difficult challenge of trying to find a solution to continue a great institution, the flower market, even though there are different interests between the two parties. That being said, we made tremendous progress by resolving the financial terms and the agreement between kilroy, the flower market and the tenants. They are mostly finished, which im happy to say. However, we are not near closure with respect to the design of the physical market. It has always been the understanding by the flower market and by the tenants that one of the Community Benefits that would come with the project was the continuation of the flower market and as john kilroy himself told us, we would have a world class flower market. But as of today, the documents defining the flower market are not yet anywhere near the point where the city ends up with a world

We negotiated that with the office of economic and workforce development, but i understand that the program was crafted with a lot of input from labor. Correct. Its a program that is used in other Development Agreements as well. And the street cleaning piece of this, again, just a similar question around is that money just to the city and then the city will figure out how to use that . Or is it more specific . Before you actually i dont want to interrupt but i want to hear that from city staff. Youve had a few minutes to figure out whether or not that is category 8 fund and precisely how that 200,000, tenyear will be spent and utilize. The floor is yours. Im sorry, i have not found out but we can direct it. It goes to the city. I just dont know specifically what the fund is that it goes into. But i can try to do that. [please stand by] ye

For a variety of combinations of units, unit configurations to satisfy the legislation on the code, we pushed the number of twobedrooms and threebedrooms above the 40 percent minimum. And if you are to count the one bedrooms plus dens that we are also providing which is a new unit type we were able to provide by eliminating a substantial number of studios while maintaining the total unit count, we would be at a45 percent of our total units that would have twos and threes. The team is committed and we have repeatedly shared this as part of our outreach to ensuring that the housing that we are delivering is completely accessible. We recognize that the district is a very diverse district. Its a multilingual district. And in recognition of that have committed to posting workshops leading up the one year leading up to the opening of the building, every month, to assist with local residents who would like to enroll and apply in the bmr program to have their applications interpreted and trans
