The Rainier Companies, a national commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Dallas, today announced the acquisition of SummitWoods Crossing, a 545,204-square-foot Class A regional shopping center in Lee’s Summit, Missouri (Kansas City MSA). Question: What can you find out about getting a turn-signal light at the Harris Teeter shopping center on Augusta Street? I have been asking or writing to the CEO of Harris Teeter to no avail since it has been opened, with no reply.
Answer: This question was edited a bit for clarity, but the reader indicated traffic is regularly backed up from the intersection at Harris Teeter to McDaniel Avenue, and that it’s a safety hazard.
