Off. There are signs warning about slippery conditions in that area. We also got a lot of rain here in the bay area. This was a shot earlier today in orinda. You can see the steady rain coming down there, and the rain was coming down in sheets. Luckily, there were no major incidents reported on the roads around the area. The National Weather service issued a Tornado Warning this afternoon for el dorado, and elmadore counties. In the community of el dorado hills, a huge tree was knocked over in the front yard of a home. The owner was stunned. Well, it was seconds. I was going to peek out of the front door, but the wind just grabbed the front door out of my hand, and slammed it shut. So thats when i went into the hallway. This just seemed as though it was just a second. I was kind of in shock at the time. So yeah, i was just, couldnt believe it. It was just loud.
