Todays crash involved a tractortrailer the aqua driver was killed the sewage didnt spill, but the cosmetic powder did. Officials determined the powder isnt dangerous. Its apparently a substance that is utilized in the manufacturing of cosmetics. Its a smoothing agent for cosmetics. While this looks like a smaller side road, its not. This is accident alley. Neighbors say its a cut through for cars and many trucks trying to avoid the lights of ridge pike. In this case, police tell us it appears the cab of the cosmetic truck separated from the trailer. They say the trailer itself is what smashed into the aqua truck. Accident investigators trying to determine if mechanical or human error caused this.
