While making payment through UPI scanner, one of the men said that there was some network issue and stepped out of the shop with his phone to transfer the money.
The Redwood Sheriff's Office said two men were arrested after an initial report of a suspicious person was made Thursday morning in Redwood Falls. One man was arrested but the other fled. He was located and apprehended after a search involving multiple agencies. An investigation is ongoing.
