The toddler was transported to an ambulance to a hospital where they were not able to revive the toddler. I did speak with a neighbor in the area about the tragic incident. Its unfortunate circumstances where i would just say people need to pay attention. Cant just leave them in the yard, cant think that everything is fine just because theyre in your yard or what have you. Even a neighbors yard. You never know where they could end up.
