South Korean and US intelligence suspect that North Korea has completed the assembly of a 3,000-tonne submarine and is ready to launch it when the time is right, media reported on Sunday.
"Both South Korea and US intelligence authorities made the assessment that North Korea has already finished building the 3,000-tonne submarine unveiled in July 2019," as per the state Yonhap News Agency.
A left-wing economist and Ecuador's presidential candidates Andres Arauz, on Sunday conceded defeat to conservative former banker Guillermo Lasso following Ecuador's presidential election run-off.
"I congratulate him on his electoral triumph today and I will show him our democratic convictions," said Arauz, who is best known as the protege of former president Rafael Correa.
Arauz, the protege of former president Rafael Correa, had earlier claimed victory citing an exit poll that he said gave him a 1.6 per cent advantage.

Yemen s Iran-aligned Houthi movement said on Monday it had fired 17 drones and two ballistic missiles at targets in Saudi Arabia, including Saudi Aramco facilities in Jubail and Jeddah.
There was no immediate Saudi confirmation. Saudi Aramco, the state oil firm, said when contacted by reporters that it would respond at the earliest opportunity.
