A staggering fire that started at a paint warehouse early on Sunday (April 11) morning threatened an industrial area in northwestern Spain.
Emergency services are still battling the blaze in O Ceao industrial area in Lugo. The fire affected five business although no injuries were reported.
Regional delegate of Galician government Javier Arias said the wind moved the flames to local newspaper headquarters and to a warehouse with tyres that caused the black smoke.
A gas station near the fire was also evacuated to avoid greater damage.
The European Union's top diplomat said on Sunday, Russia and China were hampering a united international response to Myanmar's military coup and that the EU could offer more economic incentives if democracy returns to the country.
"It comes as no surprise that Russia and China are blocking the attempts of the UN Security Council, for example to impose an arms embargo," EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said in a blog post.

Cambodia called on US media group VICE to withdraw an article featuring newly colourised photos of the Khmer Rouge 'killing fields' victims, saying the images were an insult to the dead because some mugshots had been altered to add smiles.
At 1200 GMT on Sunday, the article later was no longer available on the VICE.com website.
In the article published on Friday, artist Matt Loughrey said his project to colourise images from the notorious Tuol Sleng prison, or S-21, aimed to humanise the 14,000 Cambodians executed and tortured there.
Amid resumption of talks on reviving the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was in Israel on Sunday. This is the first high-level visit from the new US administration.
Austin's visit comes just days after Washington said it had offered "very serious" ideas on reviving the hobbled agreement that is staunchly opposed by Israel.
