bitterly cold windchills this morning, snow left over along the mid-atlantic. not a blockbuster snowstorm, but i think the cold may be a bigger story today. look at the windchill, minus 9 in minneapolis. what is going to get everyone s attention and it has if you live in the deep south, we are going to see a rare winter weather event down almost to new orleans. we have winter storm watches in the northern half of louisiana covering much of mess miss, alabama and northern georgia. we re going to see our next storm system developing on sunday. during the day, we ll see heavy rain picking up, dallas north wards into southern oklahoma. we re going to watch a path of snow with this storm that s going to go through areas of the deep south. the lower tep ten valley, we re talking about areas that don t typically see a lot of snow. we ll see difficult travel on monday with many schools being canceled in this area. we take that storm off the east coast and it is possible this could hug the coas
