They started to march a couple of minutes ago. For the past hour or so theyve rallied outside of Santa Rosa City hall. The focus as they says is justice for andy. Its kind of sad that one of our students died for, like, nothing. It was just a mistake. They shouldnt have done that. Were feeling all sad, mad, angry. Our emotions are mixed right now. He was a good friend. He didnt he was nice to everybody, always smiling. Reporter they are talking about andy, andy lopez, the 13yearold shot and killed by a Snohomish County sheriffs deputy tuesday. Police say he had an air soft toy rifle, that caught the attention of the deputy that shot him seven times

The parents of jahi, they sat in the front row. They were clearly emotionally exhausted but fighting still for their father. For the first time we saw daughter. For the first time we saw the hospital attorney break down a little bit. The two sides were trying to hash out the issue of jahis transfer out of the hospital. The judge denied the request that a doctor from per Childrens Hospital perform a tracheotomy. Jahis family attorney said it was not a setback today, he said the steps to ensure that the 13yearold will be able to be transferred to another facility are more clear. Breaking news out of san jose where police are responding to a shooting on south 8th street at east williams street. Robert handa just arrived on the scene and joins us live, what can you tell us . Reporter we have been here 15 minutes and it sounds like police have this area cordoned off and this could be significant because neighbors tell us they believe there was an officerinvolved shooting at an apartment complex here. You can see all the activity, it sounds like police have joined the san jose Campus Police on the scene and in the investigation. Neighbors tell us Police Responded to an incident involving the young man and they said they heard the young man get tasered twice and whatever happened after they say they heard two gunshots, they do not know if he was killed and say some people saw him on the ground but San Jose Police department have confirmed they have a homicide unit either
