The Wisconsin Supreme Court determined that Winnebago County Judge Scott Woldt should be suspended without pay for seven days for several instances of judicial misconduct, including holding up his gun during a sentencing hearing of a defendant with severe cognitive deficiencies who had broken into a neighbor’s house to steal underwear.
