Authorities discovered a student was behind an anonymous threat emailed to the Windsor Middle School administration on Jan. 17 and the student was turned over to juvenile authorities.
Work on the nearly $12 million in construction projects approved by the Windsor C-1 Board of Education is soon to start, Superintendent Jason King said at a Dec. 20 meeting.
