Microsoft has released a new Windows 10 preview build for insiders in the Dev channel, and the biggest change this time is the addition of new Fluent icons.
As everybody knows already, Microsoft has embarked on a long-term Windows redesign, and part of this new plan is a massive facelift specifically aimed at operating system icons.
All icons in Windows 10 are supposed to get the Fluent Design treatment, and the debut of Windows 10 build 21390 marks the debut of a new icon for Task Manager and the MSI installers.

After a few weeks of not meeting the usual Wednesday schedule for new Windows 10 builds, Microsoft seems to be back on track this week, with build 21390 heading out to Insiders today. It s a small jump from build 21387 released last week, but that makes sense considering it was rolled out on a Friday.
Because there have been fewer internal builds since the last release, there are also even fewer changes than usual. Not that there s been a lot, as it appears that Microsoft is locking down feature additions for the next Windows 10 feature update, which is expected to arrive in the second half of the year.
