Microsoft rolls out Windows 10 build 21390 in the Dev channel with new icons

After a few weeks of not meeting the usual Wednesday schedule for new Windows 10 builds, Microsoft seems to be back on track this week, with build 21390 heading out to Insiders today. It's a small jump from build 21387 released last week, but that makes sense considering it was rolled out on a Friday.
Because there have been fewer internal builds since the last release, there are also even fewer changes than usual. Not that there's been a lot, as it appears that Microsoft is locking down feature additions for the next Windows 10 feature update, which is expected to arrive in the second half of the year. Builds have been coming from the co_release branch, and this week is no exception. There are only a couple of new things in this build:
