Microsoft has officially kicked off a new bug bash for Windows 10 users, as the company is getting ready to take the wraps off a new feature update later this month.
Specifically aimed at Windows insiders, this Bug Bash invites users to try out the latest builds of Windows 10, look for bugs and report them to Microsoft, all by completing various quests as part of the program.
The Bug Bash is projected to come to an end on May 17, so there’s a chance additional bug fixes would be released next week before the rollout of Windows 10 version 21H1 to production devices kicks off in the last days of May.
Microsoft to Kill Off Windows 10 Version 1909 Next Month Apr 12, 2021 12:32 GMT
Windows 10 version 21H1 coming next month
Microsoft has recently issued a remind to warn users that the end of service of Windows 10 version 1909 is approaching and everybody is supposed to update to a newer release by May 11.
The next-next Patch Tuesday cycle would bring the last security updates for Windows 10 version 1909, so after that, this particular release would officially be labeled as unsupported.
In other words, computers running it wouldn’t get any new patches and vulnerability or glitch in the operating system would remain unfixed.
Microsoft says that together with Windows 10 version 1909, which includes Home, Pro, Pro for Workstations and Pro Education, the company would also retire all versions of Windows 10 version 1909.
