Wimpy opened its doors in Bourne End last week Huge queues were spotted in Bourne End last week as burger chain Wimpy opened its doors for the first time. Eyewitnesses reported seeing a queue “out of the door” and down The Parade as punters waited to get their Wimpy fix. The branch, located at the former NatWest bank building, is run by former Marlow franchisee Doné Khan who said she is happy to welcome customers back, She said: “Bourne End has a very traditional British high street and that fits very well with the Wimpy brand, which was important when I was looking at new locations.
