prepare to answer tough questions. the agency that regulates utilities. but men of pepco customers wish they were on that panel. rosetta who was without power for four days, has this question. what system do they have in place to attack these problems more quickly? her pick-up still bears dents from the power pole that came down on top of it during one of the storm. he would like to quiz pepco, too. why are they taking so long and why don t you have enough people that are there to help? in its order for the pepco investigation they can want to explore three major power outages in the past three week, examining the duration of the outages and the poor communication to customers. local elected official are beginning to take action, too. montgomery county councilmember roger berliner, a utility law and expert is working state delegates on proposed legislation to hole pepco accountable. the current level of service is simply unacceptable, and this can be fixed. we have
