M. , this group of about a dozen bikers riding dirt bikes and atvs started what appeared to be a sideshow on southbound 101 slowing down traffic and doing wheelies. Then the white camry on the left side of the screen had some sort of brushup with the bikers before he started to pull over at the cesar chavez exit. Between another car and the bikers, he was boxed in all as the driver behind him recorded this video. I spoke with that driver by phone.
