Travis Richard Summerlet, 36, was arrested Thursday after he was identified as the main suspect in a drive-by shooting reported near Kandiyohi. Summerlet refused to make a court appearance.
Willmar police said the suspect vehicle had crashed onto the front lawn of a southwest Willmar home Thursday, March 28. The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office said the vehicle was previously involved in a drive-by shooting.
