Drive-by shooting suspect arrested in Willmar, two others wanted

Willmar police said the suspect vehicle had crashed onto the front lawn of a southwest Willmar home Thursday, March 28. The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office said the vehicle was previously involved in a drive-by shooting.
