The Willmar Planning Commission on Wednesday approved the conveyance of the former Rice Care Center property to Cura, recommending that the purchase agreement includes a provision that it is run as a care facility for a minimum of five years.
City Attorney Robert Scott told Willmar City Council members to expect an amended purchase agreement for the sale of 5.54 acres of parkland that wraps the care center property into it.
