That will be moving into our western suburbs a little bit later this morning. For now most of the focus is over to the east of philadelphia. The city itself looks like its out from under some earlier wet snowflakes but the shore communities especially up and down the garden state parkway are still getting hit with snow and the accumulation over there is probably mainly on the grass but you do want to slow it down if you get into a heavier batch of snow. Out to the west just by the l in lancaster south of that you can see a little bit of gray and theres some indication of that stuff coming in from the west later on this morning. 34 degrees in philadelphia right now. Still 32, the freezing mark, in allentown and 33 in reading and i think if were going to see slippery roads this morning, it probably will not be so much near i95 and over by the shore but those northern and western suburbs particularly in the upper elevations, it could be cold enough there once that second batch of snow mov
And i was kind of scared. Reporter firefighters and paramedics rescued the man his burnt clothing lay strewn across the sidewalk. Investigators spent much of the morning on the scene looking for clues including Surveillance Video from homes along the block. I believe they have cameras down here so i hopefully they caught everything. Reporter the victim was taken to Temple University hospital with second and third degree burns over about 50 percent of his body. Police are expected to provide some new information and just about a half an hour we will be there and we will have a live report coming up on action news at 6 oclock. Yesterday we had windchills in the Single Digits. Today, 29 in philadelphia. Light winds to start out, not too bad. 34 degrees by 7 00. 38 by 9 00. Low 40s by 11 00.
